What does Odoo cost per user in the UAE?
The rate depends on the plan, country, billing cycle and current subscription terms. Check the official Odoo pricing page or request a written quotation covering your users, hosting and service requirements.
Is implementation included in the subscription?
Do not assume it is. Ask for a separate description of discovery, configuration, migration, training and support. Confirm any package or service included in the exact offer you are considering.
Is Odoo Community free to run?
A software licence without an Enterprise subscription does not remove the cost of hosting, implementation, maintenance and custom work. Compare feature suitability, support responsibilities and the total cost of operating the system.
Why is Odoo.sh shown separately?
Odoo.sh is a hosting service. Its capacity and billing need to be reviewed separately from software subscription and implementation costs. Ask the provider to state all hosting charges and responsibilities.
Can we get a fixed implementation price?
A defined scope can support a fixed-price proposal if its assumptions, dependencies and change process are agreed. The price should follow discovery and technical validation, rather than a generic user count.
Should we buy licences before finalising scope?
Confirm the required apps, plan, hosting and integration needs first. Your chosen provider should explain how the proposed subscription supports the agreed first phase before you commit.
