WHAT WE DELIVER

Your rollout, from planning to daily use.

From the first workshop to the first live invoice, we handle the setup and help your team get ready to use it. Start with your priority departments, then add more as the business needs them.

Requirements & fit-gap

Map the current process, choose the right apps and agree what belongs in your first release.

Configuration

Set up companies, users, approvals, document layouts and the workflows your team will run.

Data migration

Prepare imports, run trial moves and check opening records with your finance and operations teams.

Changes & integrations

Scope custom work and connections where the standard setup does not cover the requirement.

Testing & training

Let key users test real transactions, then train each team on its day-to-day work.

Go-live & handover

Coordinate the final move, settle initial issues and hand over administration and support.

  1. 01

    Review the business

Walk through your current work and agree the first phase.

  2. 02

    Set up Odoo

Configure, demonstrate and refine the agreed processes.

  3. 03

    Test with your team

Reconcile records and prepare users for daily tasks.

  4. 04

    Launch & support

Run cutover and agree the next support steps.

BEFORE THE FIRST LIVE TRANSACTION

What makes an implementation ready?

A target date becomes useful when the dependencies, owners and acceptance evidence are visible.

Client project team

Name process owners, key users and the person authorised to make scope decisions.

Data readiness

Identify source systems, owners, required history, cleanup work and reconciliation evidence.

Acceptance plan

Write realistic test scenarios, expected results and the people responsible for approval.

Go-live gate

Agree the cut-off, open defects, training completion, fallback conditions and final decision owner.

Go-live decisionBusiness owners approve the agreed checks; unresolved critical items have an owner or stop the cutover.

A LITTLE MORE DETAIL

Worth clarifying
before we start.

Which Odoo apps can be included?

Accounting, CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, Projects and HR can be reviewed for the proposed scope. Edition, hosting and the processes you need determine the final selection.

What affects the cost and timing?

The number of workflows, data quality, custom work, integrations and your team’s availability for testing. We separate subscriptions, implementation, hosting and support in the proposal.

What does the client project team need to provide?

Name process owners, supply authorised source data, make scope decisions, prepare realistic test cases, approve reconciliations and make users available for training. The plan should show these dependencies alongside provider tasks.

How is go-live readiness decided?

Use agreed entry criteria: approved workflows, reconciled data, completed user testing, trained users, working access, documented open items and a named decision owner. Critical unresolved issues should stop or formally change the cutover.

BEFORE WE BEGIN

A few useful answers.

Have a question about your setup?

Speak to the team
Can we start with a few departments?

Yes. We can plan the first phase around a complete process, such as sales through delivery and invoicing, and schedule further departments later.

Can you move our existing data?

Migration can cover agreed master records, opening figures and active transactions. We review the source files and reconciliation requirements before confirming the scope.

Is user training included?

Training is scoped by role and department, including the agreed sessions, user guidance and administrator handover.

What happens after go-live?

The proposal sets out the initial support period, issue-reporting route and the options for ongoing maintenance. Coverage and service hours are agreed in writing.

Who signs off the implementation?

Named business owners approve their workflows and records. Finance approves financial reconciliation, operations approves operational data, and the authorised project owner approves the agreed go-live gate.

Can the implementation be delivered in phases?

Yes. Each phase should complete a usable business process, identify dependencies on later work and have its own scope, data, testing, training and acceptance criteria.
