Investigate failed transfers and connector behaviour within the agreed coverage.

Reporting & configuration

OUR APPROACH

A clear route from enquiry to handover.

  1. 01

    Review

Understand the system and current issues.

  2. 02

    Agree coverage

    Set hours, priorities and responsibilities.

  3. 03

    Investigate & resolve

Test the correction and confirm the result.

  4. 04

    Review recurring issues

Plan maintenance or separately scoped improvements.

ROUTE EACH REQUEST CORRECTLY

Incident, question, fault or change?

Clear classification helps the team gather the right evidence and prevents new development from disappearing inside support tickets.

01

Service interruption

A live business activity is blocked or materially degraded. Record impact, affected users and the last successful transaction.

02

User assistance

A user needs guidance on an agreed workflow, setting or expected result. Keep the request separate from a system defect.

03

Technical investigation

Evidence suggests an application, module, integration or environment fault requiring controlled diagnosis.

04

Improvement request

A new report, workflow, integration or feature follows a separate scope and approval route.

A useful ticket includes

Business impact, affected process, document reference, time observed, user role, screenshot or error text, recent changes and a safe way to reproduce the issue.

A LITTLE MORE DETAIL

Worth clarifying
before we start.

What should a support plan cover?

Specify service hours, contact channels, priorities, acknowledgement targets, included effort and exclusions. Application support and hosting responsibility may be separate.

Are new features included?

Enhancements and version upgrades are assessed separately unless expressly included. Defect investigation and new development have different scopes.

How should priorities be defined?

Use measurable business impact such as blocked invoicing, unavailable checkout, affected users or a workaround. The support agreement should define priority levels, coverage and acknowledgement targets without treating every request as an emergency.

What should the monthly support review include?

Review ticket volumes, repeated causes, open risks, environment changes, upcoming maintenance, unresolved ownership and improvement requests that need separate scoping.

BEFORE WE BEGIN

A few useful answers.

Have a question about your setup?

Speak to the team
Can you support work done by another provider?

A takeover starts with an environment and source review. Missing licences, source or supported components may need separate remediation.

Is 24/7 support included?

Coverage is agreed in writing. No blanket round-the-clock or fixed resolution commitment is advertised here.

Who manages hosting and backups?

The support agreement names the responsible party. These duties are not assumed to be included in application support.

How do we report an urgent issue?

Use the channel in your support agreement and include the affected activity, document reference, time and business impact.

Are response and resolution times the same?

No. Acknowledgement confirms receipt and initial ownership. Investigation and resolution depend on cause, access, provider dependencies, testing and the agreed service terms.

Can support include preventive maintenance?

It can when explicitly scoped. Define the review frequency, environments, backups, update responsibilities, monitoring evidence and approval process for any production change.
